Because I sure hope you knowing my name is the same doesn't make you think I actually secretly give a shit about anything that went on in the Matrix, because let me tell you: I don't. I kept my name the same because I'm not some sad sack who spends all their time crying about wasted time and making these big dramatic gestures about how different everything is now. And I'm also not some sad sack who thinks that all of what happened matters so much. I wasn't like that when I was plugged in. I'm not like that now.

I don't waste my time thinking about any of it because it's fucking useless crying about any of it.
