DONATIONS WANTED

Do you enjoy feeling good about yourself? Knowing you've done a good deed? How about helping those in need in the community? We're only as strong as our weakest link, after all, and right now a lot of people are feeling quite weak.

I know everything's still a bit of a mess, but in the wake of a huge influx of people needing medical help, the free clinic's resources are at an all time low.

What we need:
- Man power. Cleaners, administration, anyone with medical experience who isn't already working.
- Blood donors.
- Herbs, citrus, coffee.
- Bandages. Any spare cloth will do.
- Paper.
- Cleaning products, especially laundry powder.
- Salt, to make saline solution.
- Clear, thin tubes.
- Metal braces.
- Anything we can trade on in order to purchase rarer items such as medicines.
- More hours in day.

If you have items in bulk or with great value and would prefer to offer a discount or a payment plan rather than a donation we should still talk.

Well. It wouldn't normally be. Between what happened in Olympus and needing to take a little time off, things have grown a bit dire.

Three paid staff and a handful of volunteers. Which is perfectly adequate for day to day, but right now we've filled twenty beds and have more minor injuries than I can count.

Benjamin Corner doesn't have quite the same ring to it, I'll admit, but save the gratitude for when I manage anything more impressive than leftovers.

[On the second morning after this message, a handled crate may be found outside the clinic, containing four jars of vinegar, a box of soap flakes, and a few rough scouring pads. Bonus: two jury-rigged spray bottles, not quite identical; the flexible tubes inside are weighted, allowing them to be sprayed from any angle. (Not clear tubes, alas, or there might have been some of those in the crate too.)

His ship, I should say. Inadvertently. It was difficult to make out exactly what his response was through the technical difficulties of the radio systems, but he didn't sound thrilled.

Depends how good the fruit is, really. Oranges, yes. I'm afraid melon just wouldn't compensate.
